The Institute places strong emphasis on Training, Placement, Industry Interaction, and Entrepreneurship Development to enhance the employability and professional competencies of students. Regular industrial visits, expert lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions are organized in collaboration with reputed industries to provide practical exposure and real-world insights.

Special focus is given to Industry Interaction, where students engage with industry experts through guest lectures, live projects, internships, and collaborative activities. This interaction helps students understand current industry trends, expectations, and technological advancements, thereby bridging the gap between academic learning and industrial requirements.

Students are also provided exposure to modern technologies such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), automation systems, IoT , and other industry-relevant tools to strengthen their technical skills.

The Training and Placement Cell actively facilitates internships, campus recruitment drives, and various skill development programs including aptitude training, soft skills, and technical enhancement to improve placement opportunities.

In addition, the Institute promotes Entrepreneurship Development by encouraging innovation, startup culture, and self-employment. Various activities such as entrepreneurship awareness programs, workshops, bootcamps, and mentoring sessions are conducted to nurture entrepreneurial skills and support students in transforming their ideas into viable ventures.
